Ellsworth Adhesives is seeking a Content Marketing Strategist to own the unified content strategy and content intelligence framework for web, SEO, and all owned, earned, and paid channels. This role will align narratives, investments, and performance insights to company priorities, and lead keyword/audience research, content journey mapping, and market analysis to drive customer acquisition, sales enablement, and brand authority. The position also involves contributing to high-impact content production and establishing content creation standards. Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing communications (IMC) content strategies across various media. Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency of all content, contributing to writing and editing. Lead the strategy, structure, and messaging for conversion-focused landing pages. Conduct audience, market, and competitive research to inform strategy. Scale content production through cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field. Proven experience in content marketing, content writing, or strategic content roles. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital content optimization. Experience using AI writing tools and content-generation technologies. Ability to create and adapt content for multiple platforms. Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing workflows. Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
