What you’ll do

Drive scalable digital growth strategies

across eight Hair Professional brands in North America

Identify and activate cross‑brand growth levers

translate performance insights into action, and contribute to revenue growth across eCommerce and digital channels

eCommerce & Channel Excellence

Optimize performance across key eCommerce platforms by improving conversion, content, and user experience

Media & Performance Management

Oversee digital media strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest; analyze performance, optimize ROI, and strengthen partnerships with agencies and platform partners

Digital Tools & Ecosystem Support

Implementation and optimization of tools such as Ratings & Reviews, CRM, and analytics platforms; partner with IT, Legal, and Procurement to ensure effective integration and scalable solutions

Content, SEO & Digital Experience

Enhance digital content, SEO, and overall user experience across brand touchpoints; ensure consistency, relevance, and performance across all digital assets

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Act as a Center of Excellence connector across Brand, Social Commerce, and regional teams; drive alignment, enable best practices, and support broader digital transformation initiatives

D2C & Social Commerce

Support initiatives through testing, optimization, and scaling of emerging channels, ensuring alignment with overall digital strategy

What makes you a good fit

4+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital strategy

Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, digital media, and performance marketing

Experience working with agencies and managing cross‑functional stakeholders

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar tools is a plus

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Proactive, solution‑oriented, and collaborative mindset
