Sales Enablement Manager

Sales Enablement Manager Responsible for developing, implementing, adopting, and measuring sales enablement programs and initiatives to support the AlertMedia Mid‑Market and Enterprise sales teams, reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and coach sales reps in the step‑by‑step sales process, focusing on skill development, messaging, systems technology and product expertise.

Provide actionable data, build metrics definitions, analyze trends, and deliver data‑driven insights to sales leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Support the creation and maintenance of training and enablement assets for the MM and ENT segments.

Identify improvement opportunities with tools, workflows and best practices to optimize productivity.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations and Sales to execute business initiatives.

Establish program success metrics and operating metrics.

Lead ad‑hoc enablement projects and manage change across initiatives.

Assist in planning and executing annual sales meetings/kickoffs.

Promote a coaching culture to strengthen sales skills and storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of complex sales experience and 3+ years of Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership experience.

Experience in SaaS preferred.

Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC preferred.

Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects from concept to completion.

Excellent strategic, analytical, and decision‑making skills.

High adaptability and flexibility, able to manage deadline pressure and change.

Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills.

Collaboration and teamwork skills across diverse groups.

Fluent in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.

Location Hybrid in‑office, 3–5 days a week, based in downtown Austin, Texas.
