Position:

Creative Specialist

This junior-level position is designed for a proactive creator with an eye for detail and a drive to bring creative concepts to life within established brand guidelines. The role supports the Creative Lead in producing on-brand content to inspire our global workforce across presentations, intranet, email, and video.

Responsibilities

Produce and adapt creative assets across formats (graphics, templates, simple motion, photo selects, basic video cuts) to support internal communications deliverables.

Apply brand standards consistently (layout, typography, color, imagery) and flag exceptions to the Creative Specialist.

Prepare files for distribution across channels (correct sizing, compression, accessibility checks, versioning, and QA).

Support building and polishing slide decks for internal communications partners.

Format layouts, apply brand templates, create simple animations, and translate complex content into clean visuals (charts, diagrams, icons, timelines).

Maintain and organize presentation templates and reusable slide assets.

Create intranet-ready graphics and perform simple image edits (cropping, retouching, resizing, optimization).

Support publishing workflows by preparing assets and coordinating with content owners as applicable.

Track basic performance metrics (page views, clicks, engagement) and help compile reports and insights.

Support the design and production of internal email communications (visual layout, module building, image prep, and QA).

Assist with basic HTML email production, testing, and troubleshooting across devices.

Support newsletter operations such as asset preparation, scheduling, distribution coordination, and performance reporting.

Create, resize, and schedule signage assets that are visually compelling and easy to read in physical spaces.

Support localization needs by preparing versions for different regions or locations.

Support execution of internal campaigns with creative assets across digital and print (posters, banners, digital toolkits, event collateral, quick‑turn requests).

Help manage production logistics (proofreading, file prep, vendor coordination support, delivery timelines).

Assist with simple video edits (cutdowns, captions, title cards, basic audio cleanup) under the direction of the Creative Lead.

Use tools such as Synthesia and/or video editing software to support faster content creation.

Support event photography: post‑production selects/edits, asset tagging, and storage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design plus 2-4 years of progressively sophisticated content creation experience.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Excellent design skills in drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, texture, spacing, scale, visual presentation development, and layout; portfolio demonstrating film and photography experience.

Strong familiarity with current design trends.

Team player who shares ideas, develops solutions, and offers guidance.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to changes.

Highly organized with a sense of urgency and calm under pressure.

Comfortable engaging executive‑level stakeholders.

Location: Framingham, MA; subject to local hybrid work policy.

Role designed for 40 hours/week.
