Our client, a global SaaS leader in IoT/Mobility is expanding in Atlanta looking for a Director of “Enterprise” Sales to lead and manage a team of 8 Account Executives and Account Managers. This is a hybrid role with an existing pipeline/forecast projecting to exceed $7M ARR quota.
Responsibilities This Director will inherit an existing pipeline, and team which is expected to exceed quota.
Ideal Profile
7+ years in Enterprise SaaS
3+ years Sales Leadership – building and scaling an Enterprise sales team of 8
Domain knowledge in AI, IoT, Mobility, Supply Chain, data driven analytics, digital transformation or similar
Experience in “change management” and operationalizing sales to be disciplined, process oriented and outcomes based
Formal sales in MEDDIC, Challenger or similar – structured model
Track record of exceeding quota in the $5M-$6M ARR range
Degreed
Location: Atlanta – hybrid model
Compensation – OTE $260K range (base in the $200K range)
