Our client, one of the largest private equity firms in Boston, is searching for

2 Product Marketing Associates

to join their team.

This is a 1-year contract with high potential for extension/conversion. 3 days onsite in Boston.

As a

Product Marketing Associate , you will play a key role on the Institutional Product Marketing team. This position will focus on developing high‑impact sales materials by crafting clear, differentiated messaging that highlights product value propositions, market themes, and competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing materials for new product launches, including contributing to product planning, creating communication strategies, and producing key collateral. Lead the end-to-end development of core launch deliverables such as

presentations, factsheets, DDQs, PPM content, and other supporting materials .

Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape and refine product messaging across all marketing channels, incorporating competitive analysis and market research to strengthen positioning.

Partner cross-functionally with product specialists, investment teams, operations, investor relations, compliance, data, and legal teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.

Create content for external communications such as webinars, events, product insights, and sales outreach to support ongoing engagement and fundraising efforts.

Assist in planning and executing targeted go-to-market initiatives aligned with broader firm priorities.

Qualifications

5+ years marketing experience, preferably in asset management/financial services/private equity

Experience developing marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focus

Solid knowledge of financial markets, private equity is a plus

Brings strong content development and project management experience, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
