What You Will Do
The Associate Customer Strategy Manager is responsible for designing and implementing complex sales strategy reports, analyzing sales data and customer insights, and identifying growth opportunities to support sales objectives. You will generate actionable recommendations and summarize findings to drive informed decision‑making across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data‑driven customer strategies that anticipate market trends and drive sustained business growth.
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales strategy reports that address global, regional, and local business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational sales objectives.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate complex customer insights and sales strategies into actionable strategic initiatives, fostering alignment across teams.
Lead the design and execution of innovative customer segmentation models to enhance personalized marketing efforts.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of sales margin, market share, and sales trends to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making.
Utilize advanced analytics to identify emerging customer needs and recommend proactive solutions.
Evaluate customer preferences, market dynamics, and sales team performance to identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Leverage data analysis and field sales feedback to generate qualified leads and innovative sales solutions.
Summarize complex analytical results clearly and effectively for sales teams and senior management to support strategic discussions and decision‑making.
Provide strategic recommendations based on complex data analysis to influence management decisions and provoke constructive discussions.
Mentor junior analysts by fostering a culture of creative problem‑solving and strategic thinking.
Drive continuous improvement by integrating cutting‑edge tools and methodologies into customer strategy workflows.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline with a strong analytical foundation.
Over 4 years of relevant and progressive experience in customer strategy, sales analytics, data analysis, or related roles demonstrating strategic impact and responsibility.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data‑driven insights to make informed decisions.
Proven ability to influence and align decision‑makers at multiple organizational levels to achieve business objectives without direct authority.
Exceptional communication skills.

Proven ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that influence senior leadership decisions.
Expertise in leveraging advanced analytics platforms and visualization tools to uncover unique customer insights.

Ability to act with urgency and agility to capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring rapid and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Experience serving as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal support functions to promote collaboration and growth.
Demonstrated capability to represent the company’s interests to external stakeholders while advocating for customer needs internally.
What's In It For You Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $110,500.00 – $156,000.00. This considers several factors, including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job‑related factors.
