We are currently looking for a Sales Director in Germany. This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving regional growth across multiple international markets within a globally recognized fitness brand. You will take ownership of a multi‑million‑pound revenue portfolio spanning EMEA, working closely with distributor and partner networks to accelerate sales performance. Operating as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have direct exposure to executive decision‑making and play a key role in shaping regional strategy. This role combines hands‑on commercial execution with high‑level strategic influence, requiring strong ownership, market awareness, and the ability to operate across diverse geographies and cultures.

Accountabilities

Manage and develop a distributor and partner network across EMEA, ensuring strong sales performance and alignment with commercial goals

Own and grow a multi‑million‑pound revenue portfolio across the region

Support distributors with sales strategies, product launches, and commercial execution plans

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities

Lead the rollout of new products, including digital and connected fitness solutions

Promote education programs and brand offerings to strengthen engagement and revenue streams

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align regional strategy with global objectives

Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and market insights to executive stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience managing distributor or B2B partner networks across international markets (essential)

Track record of owning and growing multi‑million revenue portfolios

Strong background in the fitness, wellness, or related commercial industries

Experience working across EMEA or multi‑region international markets

Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial, ownership‑driven mindset

Excellent relationship‑building and cross‑cultural communication skills

Ability to operate independently in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments

Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA
