Genesis of Irvine is a growing store in a strong market — and the only Genesis dealership in Orange County. We're two years in and looking for an
experienced General Sales Manager
to take ownership of the sales operation and build on the foundation we've put in place. This role has real autonomy and room to grow.
Core Responsibilities
Drive new and used vehicle sales, F&I performance, and aftermarket results
Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team
Own your KPIs — and know exactly what to do when they move
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that actually generate traffic
Represent the store in manufacturer and vendor negotiations
Deliver a customer experience that earns loyalty, not just a transaction
Basic Requirements
2+ years of experience as a General Sales Manager in automotive
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing teams
Proficiency in DMS and CRM platforms
Strong communicator with customers, staff, and leadership
High integrity and a consistent leadership presence on the floor
