Job Overview
Location: Plano, TX. This is a Contract position. Hybrid and 100% remote role. Pay: $19.89/hr.
Responsibilities
Assist sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Manage a database of incoming orders – data entry required.
Follow compliance requirements for customer eligibility into payment programs.
