8+ years of public accounting experience
Certifications: CPA/EA
Strong leadership, review, and client‑management skills
In This Role, You’ll
Lead and review diverse tax engagements (corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, individuals)
Oversee client relationships and strategic planning
Help lead the firm while positioning yourself for partnership growth
Compensation:
Base salary between $120 k–$160 k, bonuses, commissions on business brought in, and strong benefits such as medical, dental, and a 401k with 10 % matching.
