Job Description: Evolution Marketing is a fast-growing advertising agency looking for a Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5-8+ years hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for a variety of industries. Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
Write compelling ad copy aligned with the client's brand, landing page and objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay up‑to‑date with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Attend twice‑weekly client meetings plus bi‑weekly Google rep meeting.
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Must be comfortable in Google Ads Editor.
Must have experience working with multimillion‑dollar monthly budgets.
Must be comfortable speaking in front of clients sharing insights, results & recommendations.
Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 AM – 5 PM ET.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel formulas, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Ability to work with data‑driven strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely, both independently and with a team.
Must be able to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with the automotive industry is a plus.
Google Ads Certification is a plus.
