Enterprise Business Development Growth Analyst

Growth Analyst SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious team member to join our Enterprise Business Development organization as a Growth Analyst, with a desire to positively influence and ultimately impact the success of SAIC. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering key competitive insights; analyzing market and competitive data to identify key strengths and weaknesses of SAIC competitors; support transformation to an AI-native organization and support the team in driving winning positioning, messaging, and innovation strategies. You will share insight through materials that will be used across the organization delivered both in-person and virtually. The position will have access to senior leaders and executives that will provide a great foundation to build your career with SAIC.

Primary Responsibilities

Consolidate and organize internal and customer artifacts related to specific government acquisitions.

Gather information on competitors from multiple external and internal sources, including 3rd party research, Win/Loss data, and publicly available material.

Apply critical thinking and analysis to competitive knowledge to generate new insights reflected in high-impact materials, messaging, and strategies.

Collaborate with Capture Teams, Business Groups, Competitive Intelligence, Proposal Center, and Position to Win team members to enable company success over competitors.

Provide an objective perspective on strengths and weaknesses based on research.

Synthesize data into actionable analysis and risk reduction recommendations.

Support the streamlining and automation of Business Development processes and procedures to better support the BD, Capture, and Proposal phases supporting the growth of the company.

Support data entry and data quality in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

Oversee Business Development SharePoint site(s) to enable Knowledge Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Financial or Business Analytics field.

Strong communication, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong writing and presentation skills.

Strong data consolidation, organization, and analysis skills.

The ability to perform competitive intelligence and market research.

Experience in a role that required strong time management and adaptability to change.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time sensitive and often multi-tasking environment.

Location This position has a hybrid work location which allows some remote work, with requirements for the individual to work in Reston, VA area and ability to travel to other locations within the US on an occasional basis.

Clearance Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
