Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to request medical records from provider offices and records vendors Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely retrieval of records Accurately document call results and maintain organized electronic records
Required Qualifications
Experience in intake, medical records, healthcare administration, or customer service preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience handling PHI or HIPAA-sensitive information preferred Must have a private and secure work-from-home environment with reliable high-speed internet
