Marketing Content Manager

I’m currently working with a high-growth client that has just raised a Series B and is scaling their GTM team in NYC.

They are building a platform that helps commercial real estate using data, automation, and AI-driven insights. The business is growing quickly and now looking to build out a proper content engine to support that growth.

They’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to come in and own content - from strategy through to execution and performance. It’s a hands‑on role in a lean environment, ideal for someone who enjoys building from scratch and having a real impact on pipeline and positioning.

A few highlights:

Own and execute the full content strategy across brand, demand gen, and sales enablement

Create high-quality content across multiple channels (blog, social, website, email, sales collateral, case studies, etc.)

Work closely with product marketing, sales, and design to bring campaigns to life

Leverage AI tools as a core part of your workflow to improve speed and output

Partner with external SEO resources to drive organic growth

Track performance and continuously optimise content based on data

They’re looking for someone with:

3+ years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a complex/enterprise-focused environment

Strong writing and storytelling ability, especially simplifying complex topics

Experience owning content strategy as well as execution

A data-driven mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

The team is currently in the office Tuesday and Wednesday in NYC, and they’re looking for someone who wants to be hands‑on and close to the business.
