Key Responsibilities
Utilize custom AI Assistants to create and iterate on documentation for software modules and features Apply healthcare expertise to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant for therapy practices Manage and publish articles in the Knowledge Management System while collaborating with Product Managers
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with EMR/EHR platforms and understanding of clinical or RCM workflows 3+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment High comfort level using AI tools for drafting and editing documentation A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create clear and concise user documentation Familiarity with modern Knowledge Management Systems as an end user
