Overview As a Consultant within EY‑Parthenon’s Transaction Strategy and Execution sub‑service line, you will support high‑profile global transactions, preparing and executing separation and integration plans, identifying value enhancement opportunities, and advising on risk mitigation and successful change of operations, functions, and people.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute operational focused projects across all sectors.
Assist with pre‑deal activities such as operational and carve‑out planning.
Assist with post‑deal activities such as integration planning and tracking.
Develop commercial and analytical insights to drive client value.
Contribute to business development, proposals, and practice initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision makers.
Skills and Attributes
Project management and teamwork across Strategy & Transactions lines.
Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
Learning orientation and adaptability.
Relationship building.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 18 months of related work experience.
MBA preferred.
Management consulting experience.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and qualitative skills.
Prioritization, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Willingness to travel up to 80% on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in M&A transactions.
Experience with another large professional services organization.
Established networking skills in a relevant industry.
