Marketing Manager - Associate Global Consumer

This role supports the execution of global marketing initiatives across a portfolio of consumer brands. The position focuses on coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing project timelines and deliverables, and assisting with campaign development across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to contribute to fast-paced, collaborative environments.

2 days in Boston, 1 day in Pawtucket a week until perm Boston office opens in the fall.

Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday

$41.50-42.90/hour

Duties & Responsibilities

Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights.

Monitor industry trends and competitive activity and regularly reporting back to inform team strategy and keep brands current.

Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product, Franchise, Retail, PR, Media, Social) to support cohesive campaign execution.

Own key components of project execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time, on-strategy delivery.

Develop compelling presentation materials for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Equip internal and external partners with brand tools and assets (toolkits, guidelines, updates) to enable strong and consistent execution globally.

Manage and execute product sample distribution for influencers and partners, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign needs.

Leverage emerging tools (including AI) to enhance creative development, efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders

Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy

Proficiency in developing presentations and marketing materials for internal and external audiences

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and executional capabilities

Experience working with brand assets, toolkits, or global marketing guidelines is a plus

Familiarity with influencer or partner marketing coordination preferredComfort leveraging emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution

Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Exposure to consumer brands, retail, or entertainment industries is a plus
