Carrier Sales Representative
will manage and grow relationships with
flatbed carriers , negotiate rates, and ensure the successful execution of shipments. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia or Ohio
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with flatbed carriers to secure consistent capacity
Negotiate competitive carrier rates to support margin and service goals
Coordinate and dispatch flatbed loads, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery
Monitor market conditions, capacity trends, and pricing to inform decision-making
Serve as a primary point of contact for carriers and internal stakeholders
Resolve service issues proactively to minimize shipment disruptions
Ensure all shipments comply with applicable regulations and documentation requirements
Maintain accurate records within internal systems
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in carrier sales or brokerage, with flatbed exposure
Strong understanding of flatbed capacity, pricing, and carrier networks
Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS)
