Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 7–9 years of experience to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations, along with experience delivering scalable and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
Create and manage workflows and process automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
Develop and maintain triggers, batch jobs, and queueable processes for data management and integration
Utilize OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors to build tailored solutions
Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance
Implement best practices for development, deployment, and integration
Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce customizations and integrations
Ensure adherence to security and data sharing practices including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Health Cloud
Experience with OmniStudio tools and building industry-specific solutions
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
Familiarity with version control and deployment tools such as Flosum
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automated deployment tools
Strong interest in learning new technologies and continuous skill development
