Part-Time Banquet Captain | Three Leaf Catering

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is hiring for Part‑time Banquet Captains in Three Leaf Catering, part of the campus Hospitality department.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth execution of food and beverage service throughout the event.
Review upcoming assigned events and BEOs in the office.
Communicate with the event specialist to clarify details.
Ensure space is clean and ready prior to vendor arrival and set up.
Maintain constant communication with clients to exceed expectations.
Manage problems, navigate last‑minute changes, and address issues that arise.
Qualifications
MUST be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.
Capable of managing people and time effectively.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time).
Familiarity with food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour + gratuity.
