The role focuses on outcome‑driven engagements, account strategy execution, and business growth. Responsibilities are aligned with individual experience, expertise, and location, with close collaboration across global account leadership. We are looking for senior professionals with a strong track record in business development, quota delivery, and stakeholder management. A consultative sales background in IT services and custom software development is essential. The role requires leading cross‑functional teams and taking ownership of complex sales processes across pharma, diagnostics, and R&D. What you will do: Execute account strategy aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes Own the full sales cycle and deliver individual quota targets Identify and develop new business through value‑driven solutions Drive upsell and expansion across IT and business stakeholders (pharma, diagnostics, R&D) Engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships Act as the primary business contact for assigned account scope Collaborate with regional, delivery, and product teams to ensure customer success Requirements: 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consulting (life sciences / IT services) Proven success in managing large accounts, driving growth, and meeting or exceeding high quota targets Strong understanding of the pharma value chain (pharma, diagnostics, R&D) Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑centric solutions Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and continuous learning mindset Professional development – continuous learning opportunities and internal mobility.
