
Business Development Manager – AI/Cloud Solutions

Responsibilities
Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America
Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals
Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social)
Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations
Partner with Sales leadership to close deals
Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 30% of the time)
What You Need to Succeed
2-5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments
Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently
Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients
Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable
Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision
Willing to travel for client meetings and events
