Overview

Media Planner / Buyer (with a path into Account Management).

Our client will also consider Account Managers from Ad or Marketing agencies if you are looking for growth and stability that most agencies can't offer. If you’re in media or account management right now and you’re good at what you do, but you’re starting to feel boxed in, this is the kind of role that opens things up.

Most media roles keep you behind the scenes. You build the plan, manage the numbers, optimize performance, and that’s about where it stops. This one doesn’t work that way. For this role, you’ll also be in the room with clients, talking through budgets, performance, and strategy, not as a spectator, but as someone whose input actually matters. The goal here is simple. Bring in someone strong on the media side and help them grow into a true Account Manager over time. What you’ll actually be doing

Building and adjusting marketing plans across digital and some traditional channels Managing budgets, pacing, and campaign performance without needing your hand held Working closely with internal teams to get campaigns out the door and performing Sitting in on client conversations and gradually owning more of that relationship Keeping a lot of moving pieces organized without letting details slip What tends to work here

2 to 5+ years in an agency or a strong in-house marketing team You’ve had real exposure to media planning, buying, or campaign execution You’re comfortable working with numbers and can explain what they mean You can juggle multiple projects without things falling apart You’re the type who speaks up and brings ideas, even if they’re not perfect The team

This is a laid-back collaborative group that takes the work seriously but not themselves. People get along, clients stick around, and

turnover is about as low as you’ll see in an agency environment.
