User Experience Designer Job at Smart IT Frame in Dallas

Role: UX Designer (Mid‑Level)

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Type: Full time

We’re looking for a UX Designer to help craft intuitive, accessible, and high‑quality digital experiences across our product portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Design user‑centered experiences across all UX phases
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research
• Apply Design System standards and best practices
• Ensure designs meet accessibility (ADA/WCAG) standards
• Participate in UX reviews and support implementation
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years UX design experience
• Experience on enterprise‑scale or complex products
• Strong Figma and design system experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to Have

• Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
• UX testing exposure
• Experience contributing to UX communities.
