Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources in your assigned territory
Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare partners
Represent VNA Texas with professionalism, warmth, and expertise
Educate partners on hospice and palliative services with clarity and compassion
Strategically grow admissions while honoring patient needs
Participate in community outreach and relationship-building initiatives
Maintain CRM tracking and referral reportingCollaborate with Marketing leadership on territory growth strategy
Qualifications
2+ years of healthcare sales experience required
Hospice experience strongly preferred
Proven success in relationship-based sales and territory development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Professional presence with high emotional intelligence
Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
Must successfully pass background and reference checks
Education
Backelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Schedule
Monday – Friday (Weekend availability)
