Hospice Marketing Liaison (Dallas Territory) We are looking for a Hospice Marketing Liaison who is passionate about making an impact, building strong referral partnerships, and helping families access the care they deserve. Position Overview The Hospice Marketing Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships within the Dallas territory, including: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Hospitals & Case Managers Assisted Living / Memory Care communities Physicians and community partners This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, fast-paced environment and is motivated by both purpose and performance. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong referral relationships in the Dallas market Educate providers and families on hospice services and benefits Drive census growth through strategic outreach and account management Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions Conduct in-services and presentations for facility staff Track referral activity and maintain accurate documentation Represent Twilight Hospice with professionalism and integrity in the community What We’re Looking For Proven experience in hospice or healthcare marketing/liaison role (preferred) Strong network within Dallas SNFs, hospitals, or senior living communities Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive base salary + bonus Mileage reimbursement Supportive leadership and team culture Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization The chance to make a meaningful difference every single day Why Twilight?
