as a Volunteer Producer and help us bring impactful stories to life. We are looking for an organized, mission-driven individual to help coordinate our short-form animation projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a portfolio in creative management or for an experienced professional looking to give back to the arts community. You will play a vital role in keeping our creative team aligned and ensuring our storytelling reaches the finish line.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Help manage the production workflow from early concept through final export.
Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact for our team of artists and creators.
Scheduling:
Assist in setting realistic milestones and checking in on project progress.
Team Support:
Facilitate feedback sessions and ensure artists have the assets they need to work effectively.
Organization:
Maintain project folders and tracking sheets to keep the studio running smoothly.
Requirements
Passion for Animation:
A strong interest in the animation process and visual storytelling.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep details from falling through the cracks.
Collaborative Spirit:
A positive attitude and the ability to motivate a volunteer creative team.
Technical Interest:
Familiarity with or a willingness to learn project management tools like Trello or Asana.
Commitment:
Ability to commit a few hours a week to keep production moving.
Additional Notes
Mentorship:
You will work closely with our leadership and receive guidance on industry-standard production pipelines.
Flexibility:
We understand life and school come first; schedules are flexible to accommodate your availability.
Community:

Preference:
SCAD students or alumni are highly encouraged to apply!
