Top Responsibilities – Corporate Accounting Manager:

Execute monthly close activities including journal entries and general ledger analysis
Prepare complex account reconciliations and balance sheet analytics
Support financial reporting and assist with SEC-related schedules and disclosures
Handle accounting for leases, equity compensation, investments, debt, and hedging activities
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, treasury, tax, and technical accounting teams
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit requirements
Assist with research and documentation of technical accounting positions
Support forecasting and modeling for complex accounting areas

Experience Preferred – Corporate Accounting Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
