Marketing Content Specialist

Nashville Public Radio, Boston, MA, United States

The Role We're looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to own Passive's voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This isn't a "write captions and schedule posts" role. You'll have real creative freedom to build content that educates, entertains, and converts — across formats, across platforms, and across the full funnel. You care about what performs. You have opinions about what good content looks like. And you're not waiting for a brand guidelines deck to tell you how to be interesting. What You'll Do Concept, write, and produce content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube — including short-form video, carousels, captions, and scripts Build educational content around career growth, job searching, and the broken recruiting system we're fixing Tell the Passive brand story in a way that resonates with ambitious professionals who are skeptical of the status quo Analyze what's working, kill what isn't, and iterate fast Collaborate with growth and product to align content with launches, campaigns, and company milestones What We're Looking For 0–3 years of experience — or a portfolio that shows you know how to make content that actually lands Strong writing skills and a distinct voice — you can be punchy, clear, and compelling without sounding like a brand bot Comfort on camera or behind it — you're not precious about format Platform fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Someone who treats content like a growth lever, not a checkbox Bonus if you Have grown a personal account, newsletter, or channel with real traction Have scripted or produced short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) Are genuinely interested in careers, AI, or dismantling systems that don't work Why Passive Creative freedom from day one — we want your ideas, not just your execution You'll be building the content playbook, not inheriting someone else's Direct access to experienced operators who treat content as a core growth channel Remote and async-friendly — we care about what you make, not when you make it #J-18808-Ljbffr
