Role Description
These are full-time, hybrid, Paid Media/Performance Marketing roles based in Long Island City, Queens NY. These roles involve overseeing media planning and purchasing, developing and executing marketing campaigns, conducting thorough market and trend research, and optimizing campaigns across various media platforms to deliver outstanding performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop strategies that drive engagement, maximize ROI, and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
Analyze performance data to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement
Execute A/B testing strategies and apply learnings to campaign optimization
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports across channels
Partner with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client business goals
Communicate performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders
Provide creative and copy recommendations based on campaign performance
Support and mentor junior team members as needed
Qualifications
1–2+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, specifically in paid media
Experience managing campaigns focused on conversions, revenue, or ROAS
Proficiency with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data
Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, conditional logic, VLOOKUPs)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and paid social (Meta, TikTok)
Oversee integrated, cross‑channel campaigns including search, social, display, and programmatic
Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing strategists or buyers
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance expectations
Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to align on strategy and execution
Stay hands‑on within platforms to ensure campaign quality, pacing, and performance
Continuously improve internal workflows and campaign processes
Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta Ads Manager)
Strong background in SEM (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and paid social
Experience managing or mentoring team members
Agency experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage cross‑channel digital campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and related platforms
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
