Responsibilities We are currently hiring for a Manager of Business Development (MBD) -a strategic role focused on driving new partnerships and expanding market presence for our organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship building, has a knack for identifying growth opportunities, and enjoys crafting and executing strategic marketing and lead-generation plans. Key Highlights of the Role: Strategic Impact: You'll lead efforts to research, identify, and secure new business with target organizations. Dynamic Work Environment: Primarily based out of our National Support Center in Lewisville, TX, with occasional remote flexibility. Full-Time Schedule: Standard Monday through Friday hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), with occasional evenings/weekends as needed. Collaborative Tools: You'll use modern office tools-computers, phones, copiers, and more-to support your success. Healthcare Environment: Please note this role may occasionally involve contact with individuals experiencing moderate to severe psychiatric or behavioral conditions. Professionalism, empathy, and resilience are essential in this setting. Essential Core Functions: Successfully develop and obtain new business partnerships, by pursuing activities, which will increase lead generation. Prepare high-quality and effective proposals, presentations, correspondence, and marketing collaterals that enhance and expedite client acquisition. Conduct "cold calls" by telephone and in person to prospective clients. Develop and implement Direct mail/ email campaign Attend appropriate industry trade shows. Prepare financial analyses which analyze the economic parameters of the proposed contractual relationship between the client and Mental Health Outcomes. Develop annual business plan in cooperation with leadership. Conduct periodic market needs and trends analysis to proactively meet changing needs of market(s) served and maintain competitive environment awareness. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts Recommend product or service opportunities to leadership team. Develop and implement marketing strategies to assist Mental Health Outcomes in meeting business objectives. Establish and maintain professional relationships with potential and current clients. Maintain awareness of client contracted services and rates. Provide useful input to MHO leadership team regarding client needs interests and pricing. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Negotiate contract upgrades with existing clients. Develop marketing budget Prepare and submit accurate, comprehensive reports in a timely manner. Monitor success of business development efforts and campaigns Develop and implement corrective action plans, when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned.
