Reputation & Brand Excellence Admin
to help protect and elevate the online reputation of a well-established, global consumer brand. This is a newly created role with real impact, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how customer feedback is tracked and resolved across multiple markets.
What You’ll Be Doing Monitor and track online reviews, with a focus on anything below four stars Log and manage reviews within an internal CMS system Connect reviews to customer records and identify the appropriate next steps Coordinate closely with customer relations teams to ensure issues are addressed Track progress and follow up to help guide reviews toward resolution Maintain a clear pulse on overall brand sentiment and feedback trends
Who You’ll Work With Customer relations teams across multiple markets Internal stakeholders who rely on accurate data and clear communication This role acts as the connector between public feedback and internal resolution
What We’re Looking For Excellent written English and strong communication skills Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and content management systems Strong Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office A calm, professional approach when dealing with sensitive or negative feedback Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Training & Schedule This role is remote long term, but
onsite training is required Minimum of two weeks Includes full sales and product training to build strong foundational knowledge After training, the role remains remote Must be based in a U.S. time zone (standard business hours flexibility)
