About the Role

We are partnering with a global beauty brand to hire a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support a luxury beauty division. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and execution, playing a critical role in ensuring product launches, campaigns, and day-to-day team functions run seamlessly.

This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, managing multiple moving pieces, and building structure within fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

Budget & Purchase Order Management

Own and maintain the team budget tracker, ensuring accuracy and alignment across initiatives

Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payments while managing communication with internal teams and external vendors

Support onboarding of new vendors as needed

Logistics & Product Management

Create and manage product orders for campaigns, mailers, and events

Oversee shipment coordination and communicate timelines to internal and external stakeholders

Manage inventory for team product closet, ensuring organization and readiness for ongoing initiatives

Team Coordination & Operations

Create, organize, and maintain internal documentation across team storage systems

Track project timelines within team dashboards, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on key milestones and deliverables

Manage updates across internal reporting systems and ensure accurate communication across teams

Strategy, Briefing & Campaign Support

Develop vendor briefs to support luxury product launch campaigns

Identify and vet influencer talent for product mailers and seeding initiatives

Support reporting, recaps, and occasional strategy presentations for internal stakeholders

What You Bring

Experience

0-3 years of experience in marketing, operations, coordination, or administrative support

Internship or early experience within beauty, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus

Skills & Competencies

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working in systems (POs, order forms, tracking tools) with a desire to learn and grow

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders

Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently

Adaptable and able to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment

Interest in luxury beauty and brand storytelling
