Required Skills & Experience High School Diploma or GED 1–3 years of experience in a processing or administrative role Basic knowledge of mortgage loans and mortgage documentation Comfortable using PC and internet-based tools Advanced Excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience using the Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) system Prior customer service experience Familiarity with recasts, partial releases, and mortgage modifications
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Consumer Loan Specialist on to the team. This role supports mortgage operations by processing loan documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day to day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has prior processing or administrative experience and a basic understanding of mortgage loans and documentation. Estimated pay 17-18/HR
