We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support our Wholesale team within a growing consumer footwear brand. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations & Planning, this role is responsible for improving processes, managing systems, and removing operational roadblocks. This role ensures it is easy for both internal teams and retail partners to do business with us. This position also plays a key role in establishing and standardizing operational processes, helping build a scalable and efficient foundation for the wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities Wholesale Operations & Sales Support Lead distribution of seasonal catalogs, samples and other sales tools to enable effective sell-in and account execution. Support development and execution of sales programs that drive revenue and improve account performance. Identify and resolve friction point that impact the sales teams ability to sell. Assist in cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance sales operations efficiency. Act as a key support partner to Sales Reps. Support other initiatives as directed by the Director of Sales Operations on strategic and operational priorities. Document Operational processes to ensure consistency & scalability.

B2B Ordering System Management Maintain and update the B2B ordering platform, including imagery, product listings, pricing, product availability, and creation of seasonal catalogs to support sell-in effectiveness and reduce order errors. Support wholesale partners and Sales Reps with system-related questions and basic troubleshooting and improving usability where possible. Ensure alignment between B2B platform and internal systems to maintain order accuracy and operational integrity.

Brand Protection & Policy Enforcement Monitor wholesale accounts to

proactively identify and address violations of brand protection policies (e.g., MAP, unauthorized sellers, counterfeit activity). Flag violations and support enforcement processes in coordination with Sales and Legal/Operations teams. Maintain documentation related to compliance and corrective actions to support consistent enforcement and risk mitigation.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field. 1 - 4 years of experience in sales operation, business operations or related role. Experience with reporting tools, ERP, CRM, or B2B platforms. NetSuite, Envoy, Nuorder are a plus. Experience with Brand Protection / Minimum Advertised Price policies & enforcement is a plus. Experience working with retailer style set up process is a plus. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage

high volumes of data accurately. Ability to manage recurring deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Interest in consumer goods, footwear, or apparel preferred. Basic knowledge of wholesale sales models, KPIs, and retail math is a plus.
