Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities Collaborate with project management, vendors, and internal teams to consistently deliver high‑quality outcomes and exceptional customer service Lead, coach, hire, and develop team members to support growth, engagement, and performance excellence Assess and prioritize customer projects and requests to ensure effective resource alignment and timely delivery Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction exceeds expectations Strengthen and expand customer relationships by presenting new products and service offerings to both current and prospective clients Support business growth by developing project proposals, assisting with contract negotiations, monitoring market trends, attending trade shows, and traveling as needed to address customer and supplier needs

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in project management and/or customer service within a contract manufacturing environment Prior supervisory experience, including direct responsibility for leading and developing a team Proven ability to manage high project volumes without compromising accuracy or customer satisfaction Flexibility to travel out of town to address customer and supplier needs and cultivate new relationships
