At Apex Water and Process, we don't just operate in industrial water treatmentwe help customers reduce water consumption, improve energy efficiency, and protect public health through safer, more sustainable water systems. We are seeking a driven and curious Marketing Intern to join our team this summer and support key initiatives that promote water reuse, sustainability, and critical water safety programs. This is a unique opportunity to apply your marketing knowledge in a technical B2B environment, contribute to meaningful, real-world projects, and help tell the story of how Apex is simplifying water and process challenges while making a measurable impact on industries, communities, and public health! Essential Job Responsibilities

Conduct Voice of the Business (VoB) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) research in various industry markets and help define key customer profiles and decision-making processes Review Apex's existing social media channels and content and develop strategic recommendations to increase brand reach, engagement, and lead conversion Assist with key marketing campaigns by tracking performance, analyzing root cause, and recommending action plans to improve the campaign ROI and results. Support the update and enhancement of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with Apex brand standards Assist with trade show and event planning and execution as needed Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; must be entering senior year at the start of the internship Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and practices (social media platforms, SEO concepts, content creation) Familiarity with Voice of the Customer (VoC) studies and market research methodologies Basic knowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes Understanding of marketing communications strategies and tactics Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications

Past work experience in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field Experience with HubSpot or other marketing technology platforms
