Lead Carpenter / Assistant Superintendent

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Lead Carpenters / Assistant Superintendents for projects located in or around Gahanna, OH. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completionCoordinate and manage subcontractors and self-perform crews (excavation, utilities, concrete, carpentry)Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budgetMaintain a safe and compliant job site at all timesRead and interpret plans, specifications, and schedulesConduct daily site inspections and manage quality controlCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholdersLead project meetings and provide regular progress updatesRequirements:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionStrong background in retail, food service, multi-tenant, or light commercial projects preferredOSHA knowledge and commitment to job site safetyExperience managing self-perform work is highly valuedProven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field teamsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
