Responsible for attracting and hiring contact center talent, agents and leadership. Oversee the full life cycle recruiting process for exempt and non-exempt roles for a Sales Recruiter which includes, but is not limited to, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, all while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Base salary PLUS commission on every hire!
Key Responsibilities:
Post positions on company website and additional sites as needed. Ensure job posting verbiage clearly defines the role and targets and attracts the ideal candidates.
Review applications/resumes and interview candidates on a consistent set of qualifications. Manage candidates through the process in the Applicant Tracking System.
Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
Be a talent advisor for hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through professionalism, detail, timely responses, and follow up.
Sourcing candidates through diverse job boards
Conducting phone and in-person interviews
Presenting job offers
Tracking candidates through ATS (UKG)
Assist with new hire onboarding
Requirements
Full life cycle contact center recruiting experience.
High volume recruitment experience in contact center preferred.
Excellent assessment and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exercise independent judgment, ability to make solid decisions to ensure a pool of best-fit, highly qualified individuals are hired.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and could communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
Superior multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and staying focused on quality
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations
Strong organizational skills
