Job Description
About Us
We're a growing food brand building something real—not a bloated corporate team.
We're a small, scrappy group (4 people) that moves fast, figures things out, and wears multiple hats. We don't have layers of approval, and we don't babysit.
We're expanding across:
* Our direct-to-consumer website * Amazon * Walmart Marketplace * TikTok Shop
We need someone who can help us build and scale all of it .
The Role
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital presence and help us build high-converting e-commerce experiences across multiple channels.
This is NOT a narrow role.
You'll be expected to:
* Build and improve our website (likely Shopify or similar) * Create and optimize product pages that actually convert * Help develop and execute SEO strategy * Support or build out Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop listings * Create or direct product page graphics and content * Figure things out when you don't know something
- You won't be handed a perfect playbook. - You'll help build it.
What You'll Be Doing
* Website design and build a high-converting e-commerce website * Improve UX, layout, and product page structure * Implement best practices for conversion (bundles, upsells, etc.)
- SEO
* Conduct keyword research * Optimize site structure and product pages * Help build a content strategy (not fluff blogs—real intent-driven pages)
- Marketplaces
* Assist in launching and optimizing listings on: * Amazon * Walmart * TikTok Shop * Adapt content and visuals per platform
- Creative / Content
* Create or guide creation of: * Product page graphics * Infographics * Homepage banners * Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Problem Solving
* Research and implement solutions independently * Learn new platforms/tools quickly * Make decisions without needing constant direction
What We're Looking For
We care less about titles and more about how you think and work.
You might be a fit if you:
* Have experience with ecommerce (Shopify, Webflow, etc.) * Understand what makes a product page convert * Have working knowledge of SEO (not just buzzwords) * Have a decent eye for design (you don't need to be a world-class designer) * Are comfortable figuring things out without a step-by-step guide * Move fast and don't get stuck overthinking * Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Bonus (Not Required, But Valuable):
* Experience with Amazon listings or A+ content * Experience with food / CPG brands * Basic understanding of paid ads (Amazon or social) * Experience working in small teams or startups
- Not a Fit If You:
* Need constant direction or detailed SOPs * Only want to do one specific function (just design, just SEO, etc.) * Get stuck when something is unfamiliar * Prefer slow, corporate environments
What You'll Get
* Real ownership (not busy work) * Direct impact on growth * Fast decision-making (no red tape) * Opportunity to build something from the ground up
Please Note:
This is not a remote position or work-from-home. You must be present at the facility. Expect 40 hours a week - Monday-Friday: 7:30a-4:00p (1/2 hour lunch)
Benefits:
* Health insurance * Paid time off
Work Location: In person
