Marketing Director - Luxury Real Estate Development (U.S. and foreign Market Focus)

Location: Miami, Florida (with periodic travel to Bimini, Bahamas)

Our projects are designed to attract U.S.-based buyers seeking premium lifestyle and investment opportunities in a unique island destination.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, performance-driven Marketing Director to lead all marketing, media, and promotional initiatives targeting the U.S. market.

This role is responsible for driving qualified buyer demand, increasing brand visibility, and directly supporting sales velocity across our luxury real estate developments. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end consumer marketing, with a proven ability to execute campaigns that generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on U.S.-based buyers. - Lead digital marketing efforts, including paid media, social platforms, and lead generation funnels. - Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for luxury residential developments. - Plan and execute promotional campaigns, broker events, and sales activations. - Manage external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors. - Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead quality. - Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. - Identify and expand into key U.S. markets (e.g., Miami, New York, and other high-value regions).

Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles. - Proven experience in luxury real estate marketing strongly preferred; experience in luxury hospitality or high-end consumer brands will also be considered. - Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and supporting sales for residential developments or comparable high-value products. - Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and performance analytics. - Experience targeting U.S.-based buyers, including high-net-worth audiences. - Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills. - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to lead generation, campaign performance, and sales results.
