Human Resource Specialist I
The Human Resource Specialist I supports the HR function and processes within the HR Business Partner Center of Excellence as part of the AIT Human Resources team. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role provides support to the HR Business Partner team, managers, and teammates to ensure we meet business objectives through best people practices. Responsibilities include: Assists with the collection and analysis of HR metrics to gain insights that help drive the development of people strategy. Assists HRBPs in the creation/editing of documentation related to human capital. Supports various programs and ad hoc projects within the HR department. Monitors and responds to assigned cases within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool. Provides administrative support for various HR processes. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. The wage range for this position is $68,640.00-$98,760.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. Qualifications include: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or Related Field (Required) Experience: 3+ years Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: MS Office Suite High, Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, Time management and multi-tasking High, Ability to learn/operate an HRIS system High, Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion High, Strong written and verbal communication skills High, Attention to detail and accuracy High Licenses and Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP - (Preferred) In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
