JOB SUMMARY Responsible for firsthand communication with customers and use of customer portals as needed. This includes building and executing expedite plans throughout the value stream. Issues/tracks work orders and ensures work orders are moving through the work centers per ERP schedule. This position is also responsible for expediting, prioritizing, monitoring and controlling aging work orders. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or Equivalent Intermediate Skills - Microsoft Office Suite 1+ years of Production Control or Customer Service in Aerospace Industry Physical Demands - General Activities Sitting Standing Walking Climbing/Balancing Reaching - with arms and hands Stooping/Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling Hearing Feeling/Touching Near/Far Visual Acuity Physical Demands - Lifting Requirements Lifting/Moving up to 10 lbs Lifting/Moving up to 25 lbs Lifting/Moving up to 50 lbs This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
