Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including federal, state, and local filings. Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns and related documentation. Implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related inquiries and audits. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure timely updates to company policies and practices. Provide leadership and mentorship to the tax team, fostering professional growth and development. Assist with tax planning initiatives to support business objectives and growth strategies. Prepare and present tax-related reports to senior management, ensuring clarity and accuracy. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, particularly within the FMCG industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax issues. Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively. A professional qualification such as CPA or equivalent is highly preferred. What's on Offer
