Job Description:
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and coordinating with the shipping department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner Track and manage inventory levels, alerting supervisors to potential issues Conduct regular audits of transaction details to ensure accuracy and quality standards Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment Assist with the implementation of process changes or system updates Requirements:
High school diploma or GED certificate Prior experience with order fulfillment software preferred Strong data entry and customer service skills Ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Benefits:
