Job Responsibilities
" Performs analysis on complex datasets models requiring customized reports and data. " Maintains and updates datasets to reflect real-time business developments. " Creates daily and weekly metrics related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders. " Manages small to mid-size projects, including confidentiality review and other support functions. Education Minimum Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required. Experience Min: 4 years of related work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired) " Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills " Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints. " Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity " Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management " Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, and tactics " Knowledge and understanding of key drivers affecting business results
Technical Proficiency: " Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerBI) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. " Desired: AI experience (e.g., Copilot, Hdata) and Project, Visio or similar software
