Human Resources Specialist
Need-A-Lift Medivan, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition. The HR Specialist supports the day-to-day administrative functions of Human Resources. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding, and routine employee communication, handbook updates, and miscellaneous office duties. This role also helps ensure that HR processes are organized, timely, and compliant. Candidates must hold: 1-3 years Employee Relations experience 1-3 years Talent Acquisition experience Experience with Excel and other components of Microsoft Office Suite preferred SHRM, HRCI, or aPHR certifications preferred This role is part-time 20 hours a week, more if needed. Days can be flexible and schedule discussed. CORI Checks will be performed as our contracts require all employees who come into contact with PHI and are HIPAA regulated.
