Technical Contract Authority
You will serve as technical authority on the acceptability and applicability of contractual matters related to the program. You will develop and recommend the most suitable type of contract and incentive structure for use by the contracting officer. You will prepare contracts and contract specifications for development, demonstration models, and/or preliminary design when new or untried concepts or techniques are involved. You will direct or perform post-award negotiations involving contract changes or modifications, unsettled change proposals, special agreements and pricing arrangements.
