Senior HR Business Partner

Serve as the primary strategic HR partner for at least two community hospitals, a large academic medical center, or a System Services organization Lead and develop a team of HR professionals overseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, and career growth Drive organizational effectiveness through culture transformation, change management, and leadership development programs Design and deliver training and interventions aligned with strategic talent priorities: retention, succession planning, engagement, and total rewards Diagnose root causes of workforce and work environment challenges and build data-driven, stakeholder-aligned solutions Participate in Monthly Operational Reviews and key facility leadership discussions to ensure alignment and execution of action plans Provide input into HR strategy development and translate organizational goals into facility-level initiatives Consult on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, and performance management Proactively identify strategic gaps and propose consulting plans to address underlying causes What We're Looking For

Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field required Master's degree strongly preferred Certifications PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR professional certification preferred Experience 10+ years of progressive HR business partner or client management experience 5+ years of direct people management experience Proven expertise in strategic talent planning, engagement, retention, change management, and leadership development Experience in complex, matrixed organizations healthcare background a strong plus Core Competencies Exceptional leadership, influence, and negotiation abilities Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong diagnostic and conceptual thinking ability to identify root causes and build targeted solutions Skilled in conflict resolution, group facilitation, and organizational dynamics Strong business acumen with strategic and systems thinking capabilities Demonstrated project management and execution abilities Why This Opportunity?
